To schedule an appointment, please call our office or come in to our office and we will be glad to assist you.
You reach Dr. Restuccia in one of two ways.
1. Call the office at (209) 629 6818 and staff will take your concern. This way they can take it to the Doctor directly. After which, either office staff or Dr. Restuccia will respond to your question/concern via email or telephone typically within 48 hours.
2. Email your question or concern to the office at patientsupport@nutrition1624functionalhealth.com and staff will ensure it’s forwarded to Dr. Restuccia for a response. Office staff or Dr. Restuccia will respond to your question/concern via email or phone call typically within 48 hours.
If your issue is a medical emergency, please state so in whatever means of contact you choose and consider calling 911.
Unfortunately we cannot accept insurance at this time. If your insurance can work on a reimburse basis, we will provide receipts.
